Corporate

I offer mindfulness and other applied positive psychology workshops and keynotes that are customized to an organization’s needs.

My objective is to help increase team members’ overall awareness and to give them tools that can be applied to every aspect of their lives — personal wellbeing and health, family, relationships and work, especially the ways in which they engage in their responsibilities and with their colleagues. 

Workshops range from 1 hour to a full day.

Keynotes include an experiential component and are usually 1- 1.5 hours, starting with introductory concepts and techniques and building into more detail with subsequent sessions.

Topics include:

• The science of the mind

• Self-regulation and self-mastery

• Mindful listening and communication

• Shaping mindset: from fixed to growth

• Mastering fear

• Resilience (to change and beyond)

Individuals

Workshops

Workshops are held either live or online and range from a couple of hours in a single day to 1-1.5 hours over the course of four to eight weeks. Session topics include but are not limited to:

• Introduction to mindfulness and how it can help with a more positive mindset

• The art of self-compassion and its place in total wellness

• Mastering the incessant “chattering mind” and negative thinking patterns that cause unnecessary stress

One-on-one coaching

One-on-one coaching starts with a 30-minute video-conferenced discovery session, gratis, during which clients share their desires and I explain my coaching philosophy and style. When it’s a fit, we co-create a customized program and get to work. Our time is spent addressing specific challenges and learning practical and proven techniques to improve overall wellbeing. Clients become better able to their goals, learn to see things with a new perspective, master the incessant “chattering mind” and negative thinking patterns that cause undue stress, and so much more.
